		<description>I agree with the sources of omega 3 fatty acids.  I think krill and pharmaceutical-grade fish oils are your best choices for optimal amounts of omega 3 fatty acids.  I&#039;ve found flaxseed oil is not a really good source as your body has to convert the ALA into DHA and EPA - which is not a very good conversion process.</description>
